There’s loads of sports I could have chosen, why running, it's hard, isn’t it?

I’m in my mid 40s and have’t always had the most healthy or active lifestyle. I’ve been too fat, smoked, eaten the wrong foods, drunk too much alcohol. Sometimes all at the same time.

  • Fits into a family schedule
  • Inexpenvie (relatively)
  • All weather
  • Feels great
  • Hopefully I’ll live longer
