10min warm up, 4x 4min with90sec rest, cool down. Felt really good tonight.
Found this quite hard to slow my pace and HR down. Actually enjoyed this this though and relaxed into a pleasant run.
Well this crept up on me. 30 minutes of kettle bell, dumbbells, planks, floor stretches, jumping. My only exercise for months is running so this came as a welcome change. Bet I’ll say different in the morning.
